The role
We are interested in speaking with junior to senior corporate lawyers who have developed a particular strength in Private M&A (with Public M&A expertise desirable). Experience in cross-border investment and transactions, fundraising, managed investment schemes, corporate governance and the provision of Corporations Act advice is also desirable.
We are seeking to add an experienced Corporate Lawyer who has an interest in developing skills, building networks and experience to our team. We can offer you recognition for any portable practice that you may have (though this is not required). We will work with you to develop your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to the broad array of issues and matters that come from being part of a vibrant corporate law practice. We are looking for a lawyer that has the ability to work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative team environment. The role will suit someone who enjoys practising corporate law, but is looking to recalibrate work / life balance.
