We are based in Fitzroy and Sunshine undertaking conduct and advocacy work in Family Law, Criminal Law, and general legal matters across a variety of practice areas and Courts.
We are seeking an enthusiastic solicitor to join the team at Sunshine or Fitzroy to undertake predominantly Family Law work. The successful candidate must be admitted to practice, have an interest in Family Law and Advocacy. In this position, initially you will be working closely with the Solicitor Advocates to assist in the running of their Practices. Over time, you will have the independence to conduct matters, appear in those matters, and the supervisory/ settling support to assist in doing so. The role is expected to be full time as demand picks up.
The solicitor should be enthusiastic about our practice areas, have exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to manage files and be flexible to move between offices, city and country courts. A drivers licence is essential.
45k to 120k package inclusive of super includes step ups plus performance bonus.\
